I'm sure this is a topic that has been beaten to a pulp, but I'm new here so hang with me.
Why is it that some fender logos do not have the "R" for registered TM? Also, if a guitar (my tele to be exact) has a fender logo with no TM AND no serial number anywhere on the neck (I bought this seperately from the body, the body is MIJ, and I'm trrying to track down some info on the neck), does fender or has fender ever made a neck and not used a serial number?
