i have a 84-87 fender bullet and i was wanting to restore it back to original and was woundering if anyone knows of a website or a store i can order parts from its a japan fender serial e plus six numbers it has very sentimental value to me it was given to me by my dad 15 years ago. to my understanding its a pretty cheap guitar but it doesnt matter how much it costs to restore it... please help

I've never seen one, is it like a Strat or Tele? and what color is it? :) Sounds like a nice keepsake to restore,and play. some of those older guitars will surprise you :shock: :)

it is original but the string tensioners dont work the jack doesnt work and the fretboard and frets are cracked or broken......im pretty sure its a fender bullet strat on the head it says fender then it has a star with a number 1 in it then it says bullet im looking to make it look brand new with the original body neck and plate but i want to replace pretty much everything else if it helps it has one volume knob n one tone nob with a switch underneath it...

This guitar may have some sentimental value to you and it could be brought back to a playable condition if you're willing to invest more than its worth to get it playing again. I would take it to a qualified luthier. There is plenty of info available online about its origin and value. Good luck.
