I vaguely sympathized with you, until I realized it is 97 here in Texoma...and it's only 10:30AM. Projected high is 105F. Humid heat around here, too.

Still, I was born in this type of environment and have dealt with it all my life, so I guess I can sympathize with you after all...

I can sympathise with you guys. Having experienced both ends of the spectrum, I choose the cooler wet climate of Western, Washington. That stuff you guys are going through would Kill Me. Hopefully you will get some relief SOON

POEPLE! my dog don,t wanna go out, don,t care about the squirles, don,t care about the birds, just plain don,t care today, I swear the paints blisturin on my truck and the shingles on the roof are curlin. Armi might be used to this, but us colder climate boys are lookin for some sort of reliafe, man must be hot down south, don,t know how you people do it!

Nevin thats an average day in upstate South Carolina in the summer. I do admit its not the heat as much as the humidity. If you get over 70% on the barometer your body will not cool off because your sweat cannot evaporate from your skin. The only solution short of air conditioning is cool water around the neck and head. As a former insulation contractor I was constantly on my employees to stay hydrated and cool in this weather. We didn't get as much work done but at least nobody got hurt.

On the other hand I hate cold wet rainy weather. You can have the snow too....

Man oh man, thats something else, what the heck does that kind of conditions do to your guitars? and do you find yourself doing alot of tuneing, gees man, up here when it's like this the grass goes brown, we call it texas gold.

3 weeks over 100 here. It'll weed out the fat boys..........

99 when I got off work today and the inside of my truck (with windows down a couple inches) felt like a kiln! Heat Index 110. More of the same until the weekend, then just high 80s - if we're lucky!

Sucks to be you guys! This year we are seeing temps 20 degrees cooler than normal out here in the east bay area. Most years around this time we're in the triple digits, these last few weeks I don't think I've seen a day over 85. Fine by me.

i hate dry heat. dont mind humid heat.
during summer it gets to hot to swim around here. every days extremely dangerous for fire, with the occasional code red day.

93 in the Chicagoland area today. I was out walking for about a half hour and couldn't wait to get back to air conditioned comfort lol. Everyone where ever it is hot be careful, take it easy and stay hydrated.
