they now have the smaller frontline catalogs that get sent to you if you give the correct address in your profile on here.... i don't think there will be a major catalog, or not that i know of

You can check out the topic "Frontline In Home" where this was discussed at length and Brad contributed, too. It will tell you why things are the way they are.

Bring back the full-sized Frontline !!!

I second that - bring back the full size Frontline! Even today, not everyone is going to use your website to learn about the Fender product line. However, the website is handy for new product updates during the year.

I have only 4 or 5 of the old ones left (someone went on a cleaning binge . . . but that's another long, sad story), but I still look at them. I'd like to pick up the 2002 edition if anyone has one they'd give up. Can't find one on eBay.

i don't think they really need a big catalog every year.... maybe something like every 5 years and the frontlines update anything new that comes out.. just a thought

There was a thread a few months back about this, but I think basically it comes down to the costs associated with the Frontlines. If you make them free, then everyone can have them, but then that cost has to be made up somewhere, so what do you do, raise guitar and amp prices? Don't get me wrong, Frontline (the big version) was awesome and will be greatly missed, but I'd much rather have no Frontline and reasonably priced guitars (for the most part), than Frontline with price increases on guitars and amps. Of course then perhaps they should make people pay for the catalog, but then will enough people order the catalogs to cover expenses? Anyways, I think this is the dilemma that they are facing with Frontline...

I miss the Frontline magazine too, but everything seems to change eventually.
