For one of the few times in my life, I'm speechless, and it's not anything to do with Tootles.

Sabre, if you would please, insert your copywritten phrase here,

ONE WEEK OF VOTING REMAINS!

I'm expecting a last minute campaign push by the nominees to begin shortly. So expect lots of thread derailing and clown photos.

Everyone can vote, not just NICP members.

(Uhhh Oxfan...just one vote per person please.)

Just click the voting button above. Can anyone narrow Ox's commanding lead? Guess we'll see one week from today at midnight!

I'm working very hard to win. All I can promise is "Hope and Change" back from your dollar at Mcdonalds. I can also give the Scottish bank about a trillion dollars and not tell a stinkin' American citizen about it!!! That should seal up the win for me!

Frankly Stoker, the whole "hopey-changey" thing didn't work out too well in the long run the first time.

awright all ya derailers, here's the ultimate derailing-story of the century:
one sunday afternoon when i was 8 or 9 i leaned my face toward a toy-store-door (full glass) just to pick up some impressions... and to my surprise the door was unlocked: UNLOCKED!!!
i stepped in and after visiting the air gun-section, equipped with a winchester-style rifle and a 1000 rounds i went to the 1st floor and after some trail and error i got the model-railraod (a very huge one) running and some little devil on my shoulder told me it must be the unsurpassable fun in combination with the gun... 1 hour and a 1000 shots later the railroad looked quite a little derailed and heavily shredded.
couple of years later i traded the rifle to a racing bike...

1000 shots p/h is estimated... could be a few more or less, and yes, i can perfectly understand the smile of gomez (a true friend and fellow), i felt the same then...
