The Cream Video from 2005 is a good start...if you are a fan of his later stuff...EC and Friends from 1999 is pretty good has a killer version of Little Wing...or...

EC and Friends Live in 1986
The Cream of Clapton (good for a little bit of his entire career)
24 Nights is from the RAH and has some excellent playing

Here is a link to a great web site and it lists all his videos and concerts...

There's also Eric Clapton and Friends Live (1986) and One More Car One More Rider (2002) that are well worth a look

I like both the Cream RAH and also the Tour with Steve Winwood.
Another good one that showcases many of his styles is "One More Car One More Rider"
Came out just after his Reptile album was released.

Also The Concert For George has EC playing band leader to an allstar band of George Harrison's closest friends.
Great songs and great playing from everyone involved

Ps make sure you have some Kleenex nearby.

One more car One more Ride is my favorite Clapton DVD as he is hitting on all cylanders. I would also say the Concert for George where he is the bandleader to the best group of musicians I have ever heard perform, crank this one up!

I love the dvd, "24 nights". It shows him playing with a small band & with a full orchestra. Recorded in 24 shows.
Some of the hits, but when he plays the blues he's dead on. Recorded at the royal albert hall. One of my favorite dvd's.
