well i took a week off college and when i came back my prayers were finally answered they opened a wayyyyyyyyyyyy better music store near my apartment... and now i'm asking myself what the heck am i doing here? i'm gonna try stuff out it's got awesome guitars i might bring one home today screw my original plan if i like anything i see me usiung i'm getting it

Tres Cool...nothing like checking out a new music store...play as many guitars as you can stand and then buy one...it could be the beginning of a great relationship with a local music store that could last you a lifetime.

I used to work part time at a local music store in Florida and the owner and I became good friends over the years and I bought my share of guitars and a couple vintage amps there (at a great savings and no where near retail) and I still have a couple of the guitars and amps!

So go down to that store and start being a regular customer, you never know where it will lead you...

Maybe I'm going about it all wrong. I have such a store in my neighborhood. We Evan speak on a first name basis. I love going in with my grandson , he loves it as much as I do. I have purchased 3 guitars from him this year but I got the Americans from guitar center and musicians friend and he knows it, maby he's po@34 !at me. and wont give me a bargain. It's not my fault that he cant afford to Cary a small supply of good stuff. But I'll keep going back The guy has an American Deluxe Strat Ash/natural finish hanging for 3 months, I offered him $1,200. for it but he wont budge off $1,399.99.

just got back from the store empty handed it was kinda the way danny duke puts it... it has cool stuff but nothing special... i didn't GAS that much there only on a cool classical guitar that feels just like my old one only you could totally feel the quality on this one and it's made in spain for 168€ (good for my portuguese folk band and my birthday is sunday ) and i tried a peavey 25w amp i hated it... the worst part is that this store is under the same management as the store behind my apartment... and they put the guy i hate as the stores guitar tech... he has this snobby attitude and looks like he doesn't want to be there...
