Since I'm a huge soccer and basketball enthusiast and apreciate every sport related conversation and I bet many of you apreciate it as well, why not a post just for sports? (It hasn't been done before hasn't it?)

1-What's up with the NBA Lockout? Do you really believe that the season will be shortened or even skipped?

2-What's your favourite soccer team? (Mine's Sporting Clube de Portugal even though we've had some rough seasons )

3-Can somebody explain how baseball works? I can't really understand the rules and score progression of this sport.

my fave football (soccer) team is hsv hamburg and borussia dortmund
my fave handball team is the thw kiel
my fave am football team in my town are the baltic hurrycanes

i follow the ladies football wm here and the am. ladies now in the half finals.
big disappointment yesterday: germany losed vs japan
