Been a while since I brought you all up to date.

It has been a little over 3 months since my surgery and while I am doing better I am still not back to MY 100%.
I recently had a set back with a lung infection and spent some time taking antibiotics.

I have some tests coming up to see how I'm doing and if there is any improvement since last year at this time.

I have been playing my guitars more and doing some singing with the radio, CD's, or whatever is on TV that has music in it.

Hang tough Chet.It took my mom a while to recover and get everything dialed in after the surgery ,she is doing way better after they got everything dialed in for her.It is cool to see her do the treadmill with no oxygen.Give it some time and things will fall in place for ya
Continued prayers brotha
Eric

There are some things than can help clear up the effects of antibiotics in your body. Drinking enough water being the most important. Then there is homeopathic medicine such as "okoubaka" in D30. And Cranio therapy (CST) seems to help a lot. I'm not sure how much you are into things like this, just wanted to mention because the after-effects of medication are ofter overlooked by doctors.

Our grandmothers knew which herbs help, but it seems we forgot completely.

All the best to you!

David

Thanks for the update, Chet, and continued best wishes!
I don't use the % (percent) way of measuring health anymore.
That said, any day on this side of the lawn, is a good day.
Keep thinking positive and improving!
