Yesterday I took my Marshall JCM 800 4210 combo back to the music room and brought up my little Vox Pathfinder 15R.I forgot what a kickass little amp it is and how tubelike it sounds even when you engage the boost or overdrive it.The EQ controls are very responsive and the reverb is quite good but the tremolo is something else altogether-it's just great.I plugged my Epi '65 John Lennon Casino into it and got such a lush sound that it totally surprised me.I don't know why they discontinued these little gems -they were/are great.Plus they have headphone and extension speaker jacks.

Pulled my Fender Cyber-Champ out of storage just last night. I'm using mostly stand-alone stompboxes for effects these days, but I thought I'd give it a workout.

Hadn't used it in quite a while so I was hoping the humid, salty air hadn't claimed another victim. This climate is hard on electronics. It has already rendered my double cassette deck and my CD changer inoperable.
