Im a newbe on Fender community and relatively new to electric guitar.

I would like to buy a G-DEC 3 thirty amp to obviously practice with. But Im a bit confused about if it has a phrase trainer that can slow tracks down by as much as 50% without changing the pitch?

Hi, yes it does have the capability to slow things down to 50%. Please see these videos, for a demo of the GDEC 3 30. The second video gives an explanation of the phrase training feature at 6 minutes and 15 seconds into it. I recommend watching both videos completely, as they cover a lot of good information on this excellent imho, learning, practicing, and all around jamming tool.
