What to do with a dead amp?

I've got a 10w Orange that was my first amp, but at some point it died. It makes a weird buzzy noise and the repair guy said the cost to fix it would be more than to buy a new similar amp. So what's the best way to dispose of an old dead amp?

It would be a good project for yourself though. To learn how to fix it if you have any interest in that. Nothing to lose.

Wouldn't it be cool if its just a loose wire......I thought about it too.It might be a killer score. At the very least you got a speaker and cab and some various parts. Please let us know when you score it...I am curious
