I am looking for something They. I don't know what to look for so I thought I'd ask. Not heavy in sodium, fat or to hot to eat. :) I love spicy flavor but not so hot any ideas? :)

The Dungeness Crab are Running extra Large Right now and they are full of delicious meet. They seem to be concentrated in the usual places. Limits are fairly easy to get right now But that can change over night. So tonight it's a Crab boil. Here I go for My big pot again. around here boiling spices are a mater of preference. There are a lot of commercially manufactures choices just ask your fish guy for some Crab Boil. fill your pot with about 2gal. of water and your seasoning . Bring it all to a boyle. Through in several small potatoes. and a fue ears of corn. Now the hard part for some folks. make the squeamish ones turn there back while you through the live crab 3 big ones into the boiling water. cover with lid and let them cook for about 20min they will have turned orange in color. Once they have cooked take them out and let them cool a bit. When you can pick them up turn them over look at there underside and find the V- Lift it and peal it back and discard use your fingers in the mouth aria and lift the back and separate from the bottom side discard the back and clean off the lower portion that the legs are attached to get rid of every thing that looks like guts . Then break it two 1/2's and get to cracking every thing but the shell is GOOD EATS. :) :) :) this one's not mine but its cool and lookes good.

:) Tonight its going to be Stir Fry Shrimp.
Two bags -fresh stir fry veg.
one Lb. pealed-tails removed medium Shrimp.
In a separate pan pre cook your shrimp with soy and water.
In your stir fry pan add 1 tbl. sp. sesame oil
4tbl. sp. canola oil
Heat until hot add all your veggies and stir while it cooks.
When veggies are done to your liking add your shrimp.
Stir in your favorite stir fry sauce and its time to eat. I'm sure there are a million variations, and I'm sure there all good, but none easier or quicker. :) :)
