I Don't know what to cook for diner tonight, Don't have any Steak or that would be it. I've got lots of chicken, lots of pork and fish but I had fish last night. Nothing sounds good. Should I go by some Rib-Eye or what :?: :?

----Danny,

No Problem..

Put the maranaide in a plastic bag Honey and Soy....And then put the racks in the bag n just massage it round the racks.... Honey and soy is so strong that 30 mins will do the trick....I wouldn't leave it like hours the soy would soak in too much....

I wont bore you with my cheese sauce recipe..... But Asparagus with Cheese sauce goes so well with it.....

We're having beef 'n noodles, made with a pot roast that was lefover and froze last week. I thinned the gravy down with beef broth and added noodles. She letting the yeast rolls rise now.

Today for Diner : 06/27/11
Oven roasted chicken thigh. soak the chicken in orange juice and thick mushroom soy, for about 45min. get out a 9x12 x2 baking pan with a rack, put about 1/2in. of water in the pan then drain the chicken and evenly space it on the rack. Lightly add salt and pepper. In a double boiler or steamer do up some fresh brockly with lemon pepper. Get some fresh corn on the cob and peal back the husks and remove the silk as best you can. Add salt pepper and olive oil, Recover with the husk and roast in the oven with the chicken. be carefull the husk doesn't burn to bad. sometimes I will cover it with foil. :) :) This recipe works equally well with country style pork ribs.
