So guys...I always heard that no news is good news. And in this case that statement rings very true. Steve's vitals have stabilized over the last couple of days and now they're going to leave him alone and just monitor everything to ensure that nothing gets worse. He hasn't been incredibly responsive but the fact that his blood pressure hasn't been spiking anymore is great news.

My thoughts and prayers are coming your way Tim.

That was a great prayer Scarleg and no matter what Jim Morrison said in Sanctuary-you can petition the Lord with prayer.

Thanks guys for the support and encouragement. The Dr.s don't expect Steve to wake up too much over the next few days, and then Tuesday morning he has to endure a Tracheotomy. So hopefully that will go ok, but for now he's still stable.

Still nothing new today. Vitals are all stable and the bleeding seems to be holding steady where it is. Once again, only time will tell.

Best wishes coming your way Tim, glad things are looking better.

On a personal note its been rough few weeks for our family, my mums cancer came back with a vengance a few months back and she died yesterday.

Today i start the task of sorting the death certificate etc etc. Things can only get better

Oh man Al, I'm very sorry to hear that. I lost my dad a few months back. It can be rough, but although you may never stop missing you mom, over time you can choose to remember the good times you had with her and move on in memory of her. I wish the best for you and your family in this undoubtedly tough time.
