Very sorry to hear of this Tim, I hope your cousin Steve will recover from this as much as he possibly can. Mojo coming from Manchester, this must be a difficult time.

Thoughts and prayers from NL are with you and your family Tim.Several years ago a favourite uncle of mine had a major aneurism and although the initial prognosis was very grim he fully recovered loosing only his sense of taste and smell. There still may be a favourable outcome to this and I pray that that's what happens.

Good morning Tim, so sorry to here of your Families anguish. No one knows just how you feel, we can only relate to our own similar experience's. This forum is one "BIG PRAIR GROOP". I'm sure that were all praying for you and yours. Maybe that will help some. PRARE and GOOD MOJO, may not normally go together, but in this case they might. The Good Lord Will Take His Allies From Anywhere He Can Get Them. I think a bunch of old Blues Musicians could pack a parity big wallup in that department. You do what you can and we will do what we can to assist.
All the best to you, MY Good Forum Bud. keep us posted.
----Danny,

Thanks guys for the kind words. I'll be heading back over to the hospital here in a minute. I'm very anxious to hear any news; good or bad.

Prayers for you and your family Tim.
While it is true that 'Life is but a Fleeting Moment' - We have a great and wonderful GOD, that is still healing folks.
When I had a 'Mini- stroke'/or 'silent stroke' - it took a bit of re-training on my right side. But that was 17 years ago. And God has kept me alive. For what I don't know - but, for some reason of His.
Look to GOD. He is able.
God Bless You and Your Family

Hey Tim, sorry to hear about your situation. If he is on life support and in a non-responsive state, there is a good chance that he will feel or possibly even hear what is being said to him. I detected movement from my dad when he was in the beginning stages of a coma. I think they can maybe hear and feel what is going on. They may be scared to death (maybe a bad choice of words but you know what I mean) of what has happened to them and could be cognizant of what is going on. Could be pretty scary inside. But just your being there could help bring some peace.

I noticed that you are from Pittsburg. I used to live in Antioch. I drove past John Muir everyday. My mother was in John Muir. Very good hospital. I'm trying to think if we have encountered each other at any time.

Good luck and obviously my thoughts are in your direction.

Thanks for the kind words Bob. I do believe that he is aware of what's going on around, but unable to communicate. And I'm certain that it'd be a scary situation to be in that condition.

That's crazy, don't run into too many people from this area on here. When were you out this way...if you ever bought car parts at Auto Zone in Antioch over the last couple years you'd probably seen me when I was working there.

So sorry to hear of this terrible tragedy. God is all powerful and can do everything please put your faith in him. If the outcome of this is not to your liking know that "he does make mistakes and he will not allow you more than you can bare". Much love and major MOJO from Pittsburgh Pa.
