Me Three!!Although speaking of steak,my favourite cut is prime rib done medium rare just done with a little bit of rub.A lot of people smother the steak with barbeque sauce and heavy rubs which defeats the purpose of having the steak take on the taste of the smoking charcoal and drippings of the steak's juices.

At least once a month, but last night I grilled a couple small racks of lamb, grilled sweet potatoe slices and buttered broccoli..

OOOHHHHH... you guys are KILLING me ha ha. I can't get a decent steak or grill anything here. You just made my mouth water! some nice salt water soaked corn on the cob wrapped in aluminum at the bottom of the grill, some big fat marinated steaks hissing and spitting on the coals. Damn i miss it!

Porterhouse rare (very rare), baked spud, and a salad. Wash it all down with home brewed iced tea. Oops almost forgot, a piece of buttered bread to sop up the juices, YUM!
