I think they're better than decent. They have some of the best customer service around. Even when I bought some patch cords for my pedals, a customer service rep called to make sure everything was good. Wish I was closer. I usually try to go Mom & Pop when I can, but sometimes they just don't have the selection I'm looking for. So its off to the big guys.
