Yes! Quite a series and 7th Game! Canucks just weren't there last night....
Another great Team wins!

In the past 8 years, each of the major Boston Sports Teams have won a Championship. No other city can claim that!

Great win, but it overshadowed the Sox and Beckett's near perfect game and shutout last night. He pitched to 28 batters and only allowed a measly infield hit (should have been an error, IMO!). A 1-hit shutout!

After the canucks lost last night the fans went about destroying the town. they set fires turned over cars, broke windows and made a public spectacle out of them selves. Police armed with riot suits and clubs had to beat them into submission. Whats up with the violence? I don't remember seeing anything like that before. Not in Vancouver BC. :( :(

Same thing happened last time the Canucks lost to the Rangers in game 7 of the cup finals...I know cos' I was living there then. A lot of it was provoked by the riot squad.

good job boston! we are celebrating an NBA title here in dallas. it really brings folks together in a positive way unlike the folks in vancouver. a few live rounds around the feet might have solved that crap.
