Very nice, and good playing..

But why on earth was a guitar of that quality stuffed in a cupboard in the first place?

If that Les Paul was a 'play it then forget it' job, then your other guitars must be simply stella!

There is a certain nuance of tone that only a L.P. can get through a Marshall.I love the sound of my Epi Trad. Pro L.P. through my JCM 800s but what I think sounds sweetest is the Trad. Pro through my Blues Jr. or '69 Bassman, pure PAF tonal glory.

Hhahah....I keep changing guitars all the time...I guess it depends on my mood and certain moods effect the way I hear tone I guess. One day, Ill be playing nothing but strats which I've played the most and keep going back to it and one day I would be into a danelectro 59 and so on.

I agree with you, an LP through a Marshall is magical.....I guess Eric Clapton found that out long time ago during his bluesbreaker days, but then again Hendrix was magical with his Strats through a wall of Marshalls.
