Well, my tax refund was pretty good this year. So I decided to use that money on a new sunburst Fender Strat Deluxe with Ash body and RW fingerboard.
I figure it would be the closest I will get to an EJ strat model, though it is a maple fingerboard.
What about you all?

Tax season doesn't start until after Feb in Canada. My return won't be going to any guitar. Bought 2 last year (Highway 1 Strat, and Simon Patrick Acoustic). When I mentioned to the wife that I wanted another one (Tele), she looked like she was going to kill me. Apparently the money is going somewhere else.

No guitars or gear for me. I'm paying down debt.

A Champion 600 amp would be a lot of fun.

Not Fender, but I would like to pull the trigger on a 2x10 extension cab for my DRRI.

pay down debt... but most people that play musical instruments never have money and always find a way, right?

Paying down debt. Isn't it funny, I go into a music store, and some 'floor manager' (or whatever they're called) always asks: 'Find anything that you can't live without?' I always answer 'I have too much stuff that I can't live WITH'.

That's OK, I'm not married. Life is complicated enough. Happy Valentine's Day everybody! 8)
