A metal-bodied resonator with pickups, so I can plug in and play electric.

My main target at this moment (best for the money/my budget) is the Dean Chrome G electric.

Also, a lower-wattage amplifier than my Vibroverb...the main target on this front is either the Vox AC15 (more in my price range) or the Egnator Rebel 20.

I was given a Hamer SATF and it needs pups...the "Duncan Designed" just don't cut it for me.

Though I was looking at the Marshall Class 5 that I saw on CL for low $ too....

Decisions decisions....There's also the Mustang Shelby GT500 I've been eye-balling.

Be careful if you end up seriously looking at that Dean. I had an Exotica FM Acoustic/Electric, it developed a very bad fret buzz that no setup was able to fix. I got rid of it as quick as I could. Quality was really poor compared to other guitars in the price range. Could have just been that I got a bad one.

I've got an eye on an all tube Marshall half stack, but have to pay some bills off before I can get one.

Say man....I want to cop a ride in that baby December coming. Shared that one with Mustang yet? Are you really going to swap out all your gear for it. Ouch? When my wife starts eyeing a piano and wants to know what my Gilmour, my Les Paul, and my '89 Clapton will bring in trade, I'll know I'm in trouble.

[He's shoots his guitars in that awesome 'backlot' of his, with such great lighting. ]
Man, I have list of Custom Shop Masterbuilt possibilities for which I would need Alainlafrance's retirement plan to support the cost of. I just have to be satisfied with following Guitarmotel and keeping my four Strats and Les Paul happily played.

Arnie, So far, I've sold 2 guitars, a cab, and a pedal, as well as the 2 tickets to the Hangout Festival that we couldn't go to when Michael got strep. Just about at $5K. I'm keeping the Gibson 335, the Ron Kirn Tele, the TW Rocket clone, and the 71 Marshall Superlead, as well as a few pedals.
