I bought "Jimmy Reed at Carnegie Hall" just a couple of weeks ago,it wasn't a concert but him and band members recorded at the Hall, anyway you can barely understand a word he sings...sounds like he's got a mouth of mush. but it's a good collection of his songs which have been covered by so many...his rhythms are a basis to 12 bar blues players and they were some of the first blues I learned back 44+ years ago...he's an overlooked influence on modern blues.

The First Duane Allman anthology album is a must have. The 2nd one is a bit of a let down I think it was all about money not music.

It's not a straight blues Album but Wilson Picket's "Hey Jude" album is definitely worth checking out. It features Duane Allman playing guitar before he was notably famous.
Absolute pristine guitar playing and you can really hear his blues influences in it.

You can check out my music too. It also has some mind blowing work on the ole Stratocaster as well.
