Are you married, or single?? Any kids?? If the answer to those two questions is "no," then go for it, as long as you can buy it and still pay your rent and utility bill (if they shut off your power, you'll have a REAL hard time playing it, y'know)?? Eating every day is optional.

thanks for the opinions. I am meeting him tuesday or wednesday. I can swing it and keep the elctric on ha ha. it is not THAT big of a hardship, just a little belt tightening. It is was that close i wouldn't consider it. i will let you all know if it falls through as often happens with craigslist or if i give it a new permanent home.

ha ha.. you know it way cool. i have work today and he has work on saturday (the day i am actually in Seoul which is where he is). so he is coming down toward my area tuesday or wednesday. I was really hoping to get it done saturday but it wasn't in the cards. Generally with this kind of thing i jump on it that minutes, because when you don't the deal is usually gone.
