heard this on the radio today, Jeff Beck was being interveiwed and was told that Brian May, Pete Townsend and others had voted him the best guitarist ever, jeff being the humble guy say's " no way listen to Martin Taylor he's who I'd vote the best" so on the show next day Martin was the guest and played a few songs ( amazing player) this was one of the songs he played, looked it up to find out how he made it sound the way he did

used to do something like this when I was a kid with tin foil to get a fuzz sound on my first acoustic.
also when told that Jeff said he was the best Martin replied, " I'll vote Tommy Emmanuel"

Bealive it or not I used that little paper trick with a stick of gum when I was a kid,usualy Juisy Frute anything fo a little edge.
