Remarkable..

A bold attempt to blow new life into this Floyd warhouse. Their rejection of rhythmic integrity and use of deliberate atonality can only be admired by the the most sterling of music reactionaries. Their decision to hand the vocal duties to a man completely unhampered by such tired old issues of taste and talent was a masterstroke. Clearly a man wise enough to recognise that an 'on the edge' vocal is the most interesting of all, and brave enough to push the envelope still further by agreeing to perform a song several keys beyond his normal third of an octave vocal range.

And don't even get me started on the unbelievable guitar work.

Any old musicians could perform the standard cliche'd run through. So bravo to this unusual ensemble, clearly infused by the spirit of latter day, post terminal breakdown, Syd Barrett.
