C G Am G
And in my hour of darkness, She is standing right in front of me

Speaking words of wisdom, Let it be

Chorus

Am G F C
Let it be, let it be, let it be, let it be

Whisper words of wisdom, let it be

See, that's where you lose it right there. "... for pop."

What is that supposed to mean? It's either music or it isn't. If you worry about whether it's okay to listen to because it may be in an artficial "genre" that's it's not okay to like, well, then, you're not a musician anymore. Now you're a fashionista. Might as well collect shoes instead of guitars. :D
Just yanking your chain GJ, all in fun. What I want to know is if that was just Freida where are the other 3? Were there not 4 people in Abba?

That version of Dancing Queen is by The Real Group, who asked Frida to sing wtih them. She's the lead vocal on the original, so I assume that's what they were going for.

Most of "the most perfect songs" aren't even songs of the rock era. Cry Me A River, Charade, Come Fly With Me... man, most pop/rock songwriters never came wihtin a thousands miles of songs like that. Donald Fagen, Elvis Costello,, Joni Mitchell, maybe... but not many.

That you really liked once but now are embarrased to admit.

I will start with BeeGees. They were much better before Disco.

Air Supply anyone? Ouch, that was painful to get out.
