I don't know bro, I have collected these things all these years for the point of selling them off for a profit; I'm not even a baseball fan in the least. But whatever is left of this collection will certainly be passed down the line when kids enter the picture.
And the one in the pic would eat the cards so he ain't getting 'em.

Basketball cards huh? I have a few of those. And speaking of which I also have some Micheal Jordan cards from his baseball "career" and I use that term loosely.

yeah i have those too. that was just a publicity stunt. if you read the back of the card he did pretty good all things considering.
yeap basketball cards are where the money is. (if there is $$ anyways) some of your highest paid sports players and highest profiles in the last 15-20 yrs have come from basketball. 99% of them actually. basketball has been on the rise since the baseball strike from that era. its that strike that brought the values of baseball cards down to where they are today. believe me, i lost a small fortune in the baseball card drop too.
it was over night too tim.

Yeah, I agree. I think that's what the constant retirements were for him too; just a way to renew interest to milk and couple more years and millions more dollars from his career. Can't knock the guy though, he'll forever be known in history as one of the best to ever play the game. Even after Kobe shatters all of Jordan's records he'll never be revered like people do michael.
Well as always man, I'm up way too late and I'm gonna hate myself for it tomorrow/today ( :| )
Catch you later...

Cool, I'll be interested in seeing them. But don't go rattling around and waking up up the lady...that's never a good experience.

I'm outta here for the night...

yes shes quiet the bear if woken up wrong. though, the beagle can go wake her up by walking all over her head cause hes gotta go pee and everything is A-OK.
its "cute" even. "oh hes just trying to tell me something" she says.
last time i tried to wake her up like that and for the same reason, she lowered my chances of having children by 50%.

Been at it since the late 70's. All of my stuff ranges from 1909-1969. I specialized in only Hall of Famers. 80% are PSA graded. From Mordecai Brown to Mantle, I have had a blast accruing them. Bought Topps cases beginning in the late 70's to the late 80's. I probably have a 150,000 cards by now............ 8)

I have some that were passed down to me and had them PSA graded.
I've now passed them down to my son, who has a nice collection.

I've got about 200 still in blister packs (not vintage). Not to mention books, t-shirts and anything else with the Star Wars logo emblazoned on it.
Yes I am George Lucas's Btch!
