Thanks Arjay. I am interested in finding a gizmo for it that will enable true bypass. Do you have any suggestions?

I feel it would be a great injustice to physicially modify this sweet little box.

I wouldn't classify that as an impulse buy but a very shrewd investment-these effects will only go up in value over the years and you'll be able to sell that down the road for a tidy profit.Of course if I had an old Maestro or Mutron Phaser,I'd never part with it-they were something else.

Not really. Perhaps Radial offers some type of switchable looping device with passive bypass.

I'd be loath to touch anything inside that Maestro as well.
