Ah, nothing like a cup of coffee (or in my case - a whole pot of coffee! )

I have to have Maxwell House. It's just the way it is. No more, no less.

I have on good authority that Taylor's of Harrogate is the best coffee in the world.

What they didn't tell you was that the topless barristas are fat old hairy men. :(

I like girly coffee...real sweet with lots of half&half. For day to day stuff, it's Folgers regular semi-mild roast (I don't know what it's actually called).

My favourite types of coffee are Kona Hawaiian,Jamacain Blue Mountain and Kenyan AA. As far as brands go I usually buy President's Choice(from Dominion Stores)and Hawaiian coffee in the gold pouch also from Dominion.A.L. Van Houte is another great coffee but is kind of expensive.Since coffee has become really expensive lately I'm buying whatever's on sale which is usually Maxwell House which isn't too bad.
I've tried Folgers and Chock Full Of Nuts coffees and don't like them at all, they have too much of an earthy taste for my liking and I can't go Starbucks regular coffee at all,it's just too bitter, almost like a French roast.

NESCAFÉ® Taster's Choice®, house blend is my favorite. The decaf isn't bad either.

Kopi Luwak is the only coffee I drink these days. Since those civets started hanging around in my yard. Yummy.

New England Coffee followed by Green Mountain Coffee.

But Folgers, Maxwell House are fine too. Not into heavy roast flavors.

Maxwell House for me....
Historical note,The Maxwell House Hotel was in Nashville,Tn. built right before the civil war and was a landmark until it burned down on Christmas Night in 1960,I think it was,I remember it happening...the coffee was a house blend for the hotel, and rumor is Teddy Roosevelt said it was "good to the last drop",after he tried it.

I like the darkest strongest coffee I can find. That used to be Starbucks French Roast but now I'm using Kicking Horse Kick A$s.

Side note: Most people I encounter think dark coffee has more caffeine. Not even close to being true. The lighter the coffee the more caffeine. The coffee bean releases it's caffeine when it is heated. Old fashioned percolators make the highest caffeine coffee because the coffee grounds are heated for a very long time so they release almost all of their caffeine into the coffee. Drip coffee has less because the ground coffee is exposed to the heat for a much shorter period of time. Dark roasted beans were heated longer during the roasting process so they released much more of their caffeine long before they ever made it into your coffee maker and therefore have less caffeine left in them than those light brown beans that people think are so light in caffeine. Espresso, which everyone thinks is loaded with caffeine, actually has the least amount of caffeine of any kind of (non-decaffinated) coffee because it starts with very dark coffee and is expose to heat for only a few seconds.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

We got one of those Keurig deals for an anniversary gift and I've been
ordering the sample packs from www.coffeecart.com

So far, I like the Vermont Breakfast Blend and Green Mountain's Nantucket Blend.

I only drink coffee when it's free, any other time my choice is tea. That being said, if I were to do the daily grind I'd get a bag of beans (Probably the dark roast) from the local coffee shop (Hallowed Grounds in New Brighton PA >_>), best coffee I've ever had.

Grab some Peets coffee. They started right there in Berkeley, and they're every bit as good as Starbucks, in my opinion. I like their Major Dickason's Blend. Good stuff.
