Sometimes I will put my thoughts about things in a response to a thread, I in no means want to offend anyone, but these are my thoughts and I in no means, mean to offend.
My thoughts are mine, your's are your's and I hope that it can be viewed in that way.

Biggest example is anything to do with Kiss. Never liked them so I will try to refrane from any post with them. Please if I have offended anyone, accept my appoligizies and don't mind me, I LOVE BEER,

Thankyou
newwt aka Dave

I don't think anyone was offended by your rather polite, if unnecessary, statement of your opinion...... like, nobody even responded.....

How can anyone be offended by someone who ends their statement with I LOVE BEER.

Kiss may not be everyone's cup of tea but the fact is, their tunes have a powerful eighth-note dance groove and many audiences appreciate that. Over the years we've always had a few of their songs on rotation on our playlist ("Calling Doctor Love", "Lick It Up", "Tears Are Falling", etc). Sure, their music is not the most sophisticated as far as rock compositions go, but it's got a visceral, primordial beat and provides all the excuse one needs to really crank their rig.

Well because you love beer I will forgive you

And Kiss, I don't really hate them but I don't really love them either. :|

You ended your post with "I Love Beer." I live in WI and beer is almost revered here as a dietary staple, add some cheese and life's good right?

Obviously I'm a KISS fan, have been for over 25 years and proud of it. If you don't like 'em or even hate 'em more power to ya, you won't be in my way when I'm trying to get tickets right? The only time I get annoyed by non-fans is when they reduce me to immature and stupid for liking them. C'mon, it's a band, a great, fun, loud, way to escape the realities of our busy lives for a couple hours at a concert. So even if you don't like them I just don't get why it's so hard to understand that.

There's many bands I can't stand that are famous, but I figure if they stuck with it long enough to become a household name, whether I like them or not, they deserve at least a little of my respect for their work. Unless you're Brett Favre, that's my one exception :D

So have a beer, plug in that Fender, listen to what you want, jam to what you want, and try to appreciate something outside your normal window.

That's my 25 cents!
