Just saw Robin Trower night in Indy. Makes the 10th times I've seen him over the years. What a great show! What great tone that man gets. I never tire listening to him play!!

Ive been a Trower fan since the 70,s. Def play some. Its not that hard to play but very hard to master. Getting the sound is a tough one.

I have followed Trower ever since his first album. I am sure his main influence is obvious to everyone, but he also loves Freddie King. He says he never tried to copy his licks, he just listened and tried to go for the feeling.

Trower is one of the best, never got a chanch to see him live yet, seems something always happens when I want to see a concert, and miss out.

One of my favorite guitar players of all time.Met him in a small bar in Riverside,CA back in around 89.I asked a couple freinds to go at last minute and they didn't want to go or couldn't make it.....I don't remember exactly.I ended up going solo and they missed a rockin gig. He tore the house down.Everyone pretty much sat at tables wherever they chose directly in front of the stage. There was no assigned seating just a real personal intimate atmosphere. This was pre cell phone days and no cameras in the bar back than, so no pics, but he gave me his guitar pick .....so score for me. :D Image
