If you want to get technical it pronounced ˈɛɪjaˌfjatlaˌjœkʏtl. Two L's together in Icelandic make a hart L sound like TL. In spanish LL is a letter in the alphabet making a similar sound as the Icelandic J, but by what I read in another post ZZdoc knows all about Espanol. Like my name is Jón but it would be pronounced Yon.

Those last four letters are going to take a bit of tongue twisting. I'm given to understand that 'jokull' means 'glacier'. Is that correct. Juan {Hwann), with the 'j'....but 'll' is often given a hard 'j' sound as opposed to 'y', depending upon local color. e.g. llamar: [yamar or jamar].

You are correct sir, jökull means clacier. In direct translation Eyjafjallajökull would be Islandmontainclacier in english.
