Good morning all. Slept in a bit this morning.....The coffee is on and so are the blues on Pandora's Radio. There has been a steady rain all morning and it looks like rain for the rest of the weekend. I guess there is only one thing to do.....play the blues on the Telecaster - another great idea by Beaubs

The sun is coming out for the first time in 8 days!! Been raining for so long...not a lot of rain. Just every day.

Supposed to go visit a friend down east in Maine for overnight. Used to be the bass player in a little band we had back in the day...should be fun.

I'm sitting here w/ my hot chocolate, telecaster on the stand next to me, waiting for the world to come to an end today. I seriously hope it doesn't happen until later this evening, because I've got a bunch of work to get done!

I hope everybody has a good weekend and you all get some serious play time w/ the Fender guitar of your choice! For me - a Telecaster!

Good morning Beaubd and all my Fender buddies.
It is warm here in south Georgia but soon I will be PCS'd up to my new assignment in Canada so it is all good! I got a new gig writing the background music on a website for a friend of my wife so I will be shortly going into the studio to start writing/recording which will make for a great day because my beloved Teles into my Fender amps make any daya great one! have a fantastic weekend and I will be checking in later this evening!

Well I'm biasing some 6L6GC's in my 1960 Fender Super....putting off going out to crank up the weedeater....after some beautiful cool weather earlier in the week,it's hot and humid,probably some showers later...then I'll play the Super and see how it sounds.

I'm sitting out the rain here in eastern Iowa, supposed to be plenty more on the way and that's fine - we need it. I'm down in the Music Room right now, putting together a set list for a solo gig tomorrow from 1-3. I'll be entertaining people coming and going at an Antiques Roadshow event sponsored locally. Sing and play for $100 and free eats on a Sunday afternoon, life is good.

Good day folks,it's the 24th of May weekend here in Canada and a huge celebration in Newfoundland moreso than anywhere else as there so many Monarchists here and it's Queen Victoria's birthday.We call it the May Two-Four weekend because you need a Two-Four case of everything to get through it.It's our official kick-off for the summer season even though it has often snowed.
The weather today isn't fit to put your mother-in-law out in,with pretty high winds, 8 C temps and lots of rain certainly not conduicive to camping which is what a lot of people traditionally do.Since I live year-round in cabin country I'm just going to hunker down at home and take it easy all day.
