Probably early afternoon. After 6 days it needs a serious trim.

Pity lawns are not good for much. To bees, they look like a desert.

Hi JSJH: not to my bees, they don't. :D

No weedkiller and a very high blade setting on the mower, that's our approach:

Better things to be doing than cutting the grass... 8) :

More flower pics, think my wife has something there, calming influence, maybe Brad could put a couple of Vases on the welcome page maybe as a defuse mechanism

'Morning, Rip. No seeds: just leave it alone and nature does the rest! :D

This is what lawns are for on a nice sunny Sunday morning:

Those are great pictures! I don't know what lets my heart glow more - the flowers or a certain shade of green...? 8)

I've been doing that for a number of years now Ceri, never come close to cultivating the class5/Fender beauty you have, all I seem to get is the occasional crisp packet :)
Very nice peaceful surroundings there Ceri, can't beat nature when left alone to get on with it.
+ 1 on the nice weekend all :)

Oh man!

We finally just completed the sale of our Lean Green Mean Machine! I took it for its last drive on Thursday and the new owner is collecting it tomorrow. The snow leopards of Peckham will no longer have their Jaguar to play with.

Pass me my whisky: I need to drain the glass and fill it with tears. (Hm. A line for a song?)

Cheers - C

That's the thing that I found very intresting about England, I did not see one car older than 5 years old, and I saw plenty of Ferrari, Audi R8, Rolls Royce and one Bentley being towed away by the Police. Didn't you guys have some finincal crisis over there like the rest of the world :?:

Hi Nonni: well for most of us having the Bentley towed away IS a financial crisis, no? Only got three more in the garage and then that's it! Wow, when you're down to your last three Bentleys times are hard indeed... :|
