A Tesla, well that will shoot the TCO right out the window, if Im not mistaken, aren't they at about a $100,000.00 purchase price... :?: :?:
Our lifespans are too short to recoup any cost savings over the long term and at that sticker price, who cares about MPG or lack of MPG. Seriously at that level $15 a Gallon will be irrelevant since disposible income is not a factor.
But then there are a few other more desirable scooters to pick from. ( RS4 or RS6 )... :?:

starting at only 101500 w/federal tax credit
model s 4 door sedan will start at 50k next year
and seriously don't call me Shirley

You will get better MPG with an automatic than a 5 speed, and you will save muney on clutches and throwout bearings. just keep your transmission filter and fluid level maintained, and the coolant in your radiator proper, Less stress! 8)

Depends on how you drive it. I've gotten 150,000 out of clutches and have always gotten better gas mileage. My last car was an automatic that was maintained at half the recommended mileage the the automatic tranny died at 115,000 and cost close to two grand to get it running again. The car I have now is a stick and I can get 38 MPG with it. I never got close to that with my automatic shitbox. I can get a new clutch for $700 if I need one.
