Conquest Sound Co makes awesome cables. They don't tangle up and last forever. Both of mine are over 20 yr's old. Check them out.

I've used the same Spectraflex cable for about 10 or more years and I have had no problems. I also use a Planet Waves cable I've had for 5 years, and again no issues. I stillhave some of those cheapo cables they give you for free when you buy a guitar and they still work.
I guess I'm not hard on cables. Did I just write that?
