I have a few rig's but all of them take a hand truck to get them to a gig or jam so I wanted to down size. Now you may scoff, but after playing almost every amp combo that the market offers I pulled the trigger on the Peavey Delta Blues 115. Yea I know it is only 30watts,but this baby is not only loud but you can do more that one trick pony stuff with it.
Oh yea best of all they are only $650.00 U.S.
This amp is a sleeper and really sounds Great! IMO !

Would you mind posting a recording with your Peavey amp so I could hear it and see how it sounds?

If you want a good amp to play a variety of different sounds, a modeling amp is the way to go. Play as many in your budget and pick the one you like the best. Me personally, I am looking for my own tone.

+1

cheers :D

Never replaces playing one to hear it for yourself, but here's a decent demo. The only thing Peavey didn't do was include a stand-by switch for this amp. Go figure.Good sounding amp though........ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYHYgB1ljm0

Thanks for all the advice guys! I see there's a lot of other amps I should look at before I actually buy one. I guess I forgot to try the fender mustangs out  when I was at best buy. So just in general, what can fit the most of my music that I play? I saw Marshal, Blackstar (I think), and a lot of others.

Oh yea and in the question of my budget, I'd say at most about 500-600 dollars. Preferably a little les if I can help it.

best buy... you're kidding right?GO TO GUITAR CENTER!!!

Haha thanks :) But yea you didn't spell that right :P I've been thinking about setting a day aside to go to every music place in the city I live so I can get this decided. I've been debating which one to get for way too long, and I need to make a decision before I second guess it.

kid, some of these best buys that stock real gear are equalling some of the better stocked GC stores these days im told. who would have thought? ok so they dont have as much choices as the GC but the gear quality is pretty close.
