Those pups from the steel guitar would be cool because it'd be one of a kind, not sure how it'd sound though. I've thought about building an LP type guitar with Tele pups and bridge. Or just an all mahogany Tele would be cool too.

I'd like to see a 54 replica with detailed pictures of the steps involved. Only if it's from scratch though, want to see, painting, accurate aging of hardware and wood, etc...

What thee hey, give a homebuild a go. Making a guitar is nowhere near as big a commitment as marriage, a child or a tattoo.

Or even a dog or cat.
