The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary had a first happen in St. John's yesterday.A 26 year old man from a community about 50 miles south of St. John's called from his cell phone to tell the cops that he was in town driving drunk.He then told police where he was so that they could come and get him.Too bad more drunk drivers don't get this get this guilt complex.

Sad part of it is, They probably through the book at him. In my openion they shold have taken him home and tucked him in. Maby they did.
