i know sometimes it is hard, you think of what you had and want it back. I always think if that is the case go get it back... if you can get the original back do it or if you get a replacement do it. I think the main thing is to not regret, take action or make piece with it. Either way be happy... guitars are beautiful living things if you let one go hopefully it is in the hands of someone that plays it and cares for it. I know my thoughts sounds silly or childish but that is my feelings. I have a very nice samurai sword, and a very nice pool que and many many nice guitars. I am thankful for having them and if i ever have to part with them it does not diminish the time i had with them, i was part of their journey just as they were part of me on my journey. Just enjoy the time together with the things we love and the people we care about, they are not measured in dollars or prestige but moments of joy. sorry for sounding all squirrely about it but i wasted to many moments regretting things that don't matter in the end. know what i mean?

I just wished they built amps like they used to... newer amps are made of cheaper(less sturdy) parts. I will pay the price for quality merchandise to build my own. I have grown tired of repairing all the junk produced these days. I will only use my time for developement of my own equipment or replace some of the vintage models I have let go.
