i know how some of you were aching to find out how the the story of my band turned out so here we go... well me and the new singer (we have more in common musically than i thought) decided that half of the band didn't exist anymore cause my bass player was always seeing the band through himself and not the whole band and my drummer was living a fantasy that my bass player keeps feeding... so we decided that we are gonna start a new band but keep playing on our band till we get everything planned out... we are looking currently for a new drummer (getting harder than i thought it would be) but we already have a bass player (i thought that was the hard part)... we have no name and no idea how it'll turn out but it some how feels good that way... i guess i feel free... thanks for the support guys :) i'll give you a heads up as soon as i get things planned out

Man thats a shame. Sounds like the bassist and drummer are right behind the dream of the band. That it can't work with them is a tragedy.

Hard times ahead mate. Get ready for em.

Nothing is tougher than keeping a band together and functioning. When I lived in Minnesota and was playing regularly, from 1984 to 1999, I went through seventeen (yeah, 17) different drummers and four bass players. Out of all those drummers, two or three were really good and really committed to the band, the rest were flakes. I just thank heaven that I found a great keyboard player who was as dedicated as I was and stuck with me for all those years. Thanks, Dale!
