SRV couldn't do the choreography and Bowies management wouldn't let Double Trouble open up for them. The only decision open to him was to give it over to a hired gun. Simple case of being to far out of ones element.

Yes I did know about "Baby Please Don't Go".

Did you know that Double Trouble's Tommy Shannon played bass with Johnny Winter on Johnny's self titled album

George Harrison, Jimmie Vaughan, Slash and Stevie Ray Vaughan both play on Bob Dylan's album 1990 album "Under the Red Sky" did you all know this? Cause I didn't

and while were on Jimmy Page, did you know he played lead guitar on the Donovan song "Sunshine Superman" i was really surprised to see that

The picture is the back cover of the Pink Floyd album Ummagumma. The guy on the left is Peter Watts the bands road manager. The crazy laughter on the songs Brain Damage and Speak To Me from the Dark Side Of The Moon album is him.

And he's Naomi Watts dad too.
