Guitar came with medium jumbos.they are worn down quite alot and i was thinking going with jumbo wire. The guitar is a 1997 california series strat. I play blues and rock and some country. Looking for some good advice . Stay with original or go with heavier wire guitar in real good condition.

i would stay with what it came with. jumbo is a good size.
now best advice is go play a guitar with jumbo, them one with
a different size and see what you like best.

I'm personally not crazy about jumbo frets. They're ok, but I prefer medium jumbos or something like that...

...but it's a highly personal/taste thing, kinda like underwear or toothpaste (not at the same time).

only 1 other guy one here could possibly mix frets, underware, and toothpaste all in the same short post. NEVIN. :P
