Can anybody tell me what they spray the necks with to get that high gloss finish ?

its not exactly what, as it can be many things, but how many coats of "what" that it gets
produces the high gloss.

Most are likely high-gloss polyurethane, then the cured pastic coat is machine-buffed.

I could see it takes numerous applications of a clear coat but just wondered what they used. Thanks
