Good moring all. Coffee is brewing, Imelda May is on Pandora, the sun is peeking above the horizon. Looks like we are going to have 50 degreee temps today, winter continues to hang on though. If I have the drive I will be doing some garage cleaning today. I want to get the Harley out for pre-season inspection and fluid change. Last year I was riding already!

Oh ya, I go down this afternoon to pick up a band spanking new G & L ASAT Classic Tribute. I am very excited. Also, still waiting on the call that the Allen Sweet Spot is finished and shipped. This reaffirms that the blues will continue to flow out of the Beaubs house....how do you like them apples?

Good Morning Beaubs!
And I do mean "GOOD" for you! Wow, what a day for you!

Did you get up early or did you sleep at all???

Weather sort of matches what you will have..50's and sunny.
Yesterday we had 6" of very heavy snow here..lots of downed branches and folks without power.

Best of luck with the bike and enjoy the new toys!

Good morning Beaubs and fellow forumites.I have the coffee brewed and Deep Tra cks blasting from Sirius Satellite Radio. Can't do anything outside today it was snowing earlier and now it's turned to half rain and half snow.I think that I may make a start on gutting out my rec room and start turning that into my music room finally. We did a good turn yesterday for a girl with 3 kids making a new start. She had been living at a local women's shelter with her kids for the past 3 months so instead of selling our spare but almost new chesterfield we gave it to her so that she could move into an apartment of her own plus we collected a lot of other household goods from other family members.Women's shelters are in dire need of household goods for families who have to get out of desparate situations fast so if anyone has spare kid's and women's clothes and household goods drop them off to the local women's shelter and help someone get a fresh start.Getting rid of the chesterfield frees up a lot of floor space now for my music room so it benefited me too.Have fun with the new addition to your stable,G&Ls are great guitars-after all they'd have to be.

Beaubs, sounds like an awsome day for you. My son got a new Harley last week and is waiting impatiently to ride it (crappy weather in our part of the country). Guitslinger what a kind thing to do, the world needs more folks like you. I'm sure your generosity will be rewarded :D . Think I'll take a walk then off to the local guitar shop to pick up my Strat, it needed a tweak, while I'm there I'm going to pick up a pink Squire Strat for my granddaughter due in August :D . Have a great day all and stay safe :!:

Afternoon Beaubs....Afternoon All. After a dull start the sun as actually come out now and it's quite bright, not warm but pleasant here in Manchester England.
I'm drinking coffee, watching Man. Utd playing on the tv but they're losing so I'll move on to something else.
I was playing some blues/jazz improvs this morning which is always good fun, you just play what the hell you like, in tune, out of tune, it doesn't matter and then you scowl at everybody for not understanding it and call it jazz/fusion. It's just too technical for any layman to understand.
Have a good one y'all and smoke that guitar baby, smoke that guitar. :D

Mornin' Beaubs and Fellow Forumites,
Seems odd saying that MN and NY are having the same weather, but that's the story today.
What color and neck finish is your new GL Beaubs? New toys are a good thing, enjoy. I'm off to the guitar store later, picking up the Jazzmaster after a set-up and a few tweeks. The girls are on a day trip, so the place is mine this afternoon, a good day for playing guitar.
