As a few others have already noted, there's been a new series introduction from Fender this morning -- check 'em out:

http://www.fender.com/pawnshop

The prototypes for these have been floating around our offices for a bit now and my bet's on the Mustang® Special personally -- just a killer guitar in all respects. Also in the lineup is the return of the "'51" concept, which a number of ya'll will vaguely recognize from its previous incarnation as a Squier model. And then an all new concoction, the '72. All good stuff, and we're naturally quite excited to introduce it!

Who-ee! I'm glad I didn't plunk down the cash for that Black Top Tele! Now I only have one question to start - prices??

I want 'em all! I may have to get a second job after all... dang.

I heartily encourage all of you to purchase all three. :-) And heck, why not get one in each finish offering while you're at it? ;-)

haha major GAS attacks now... man, decisions descisions...

I think the amp I was hoping to get is going to have to wait now... besides my 43 year old amp is still cranking out (amazing what a little hope, prayer, and a nudge to the chasis can do for you...)

The mustang special is my favorite of them for now, but a test drive will help me decide. Buying all three would make the decision a little easier for sure,
