Well today is EC's Birthday and the 40th Anniversary of his Derek and the Dominos; Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs...so had to break out the champ, the 57 Reissue, and ran through all the songs from the album I remembered, Layla, Bell Bottom Blues, Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad, Littlewing, and Key to the Highway...That was a nice way to spend the afternoon :!:

Anyone else pay homage to "God" today by playing a few of his numbers and if so which ones?

Played Little Wng today but the Jimi version,speaking of EC though I always liked Mainline Florida-a great cruising song if there ever was one.It was one of our best songs in a group I was in in the mid '70s.
