I'm just so impressed by the WHOLE Blacktop line! I've played around with the Tele, the Jazzmaster, and yesterday, a black Jaguar. (I had tried a Jag before but this one was SO much nicer). I haven't tried the Strat yet, though. I like 'em all, but so far, my PERSONAL favorite is the Jazzmaster, in sunburst.

Note two things:
1) the word "personal"...doesn't mean "best", just means what appeals to me.
2) My VERY fine-playing friend likes to say "You don't play the color". Of course, he's right, but....we ALL know we LIKE our instruments to look the way we like them to look.

So, enjoy and play your Tele in good times and bad, and be glad you don't live in the '60's where your old man or even a stranger would say "Hey, kid! Get a haircut!"

the blacktop range are very good.
:lol: , lots of of strangers tell me to get a haircut, belive me :lol:

i will recird a soundclip tonight, but i can garuntee you it wont show its full tone, just a bunch of static noise
