I've heard worse from bands that were doing their best.

Down tune a song with a guy with a REEEAALLLY high voice like Jon Anderson from Yes. I hate Yes.

No wait - you need to uptune Yes. By about an octave if possible, please! :D

By the way, I would never normally comment on someone's accidental typos (too many of my own). But from the thread title I was assuming Nevin had been making recordings of really scarily huge cities. Monstro-cities - wow, that sounds totally Bladerunner!

Not saying the reality was a disappointment or anything: just different than advertised.

Cheers - C

Both of those are vaguely disturbing. Great work, Nevin.

BTW, I still hate Yes.

LOL!
Almost.
Little bit higher Nevin for that Helium sound.

Just think of how awesome a guitar player you could have been by now if you had only spent the last 10 years practicing instead of obsessing over pickups and roasted maple necks.

Fantastic! At last: now we can all sing along without the aid of surgical underwear. 8)

Nevin, so many new possibilities are opening up. For example, I happen to know how sick Mr Way Cool JR is of Stairway to Heaven. I'm wondering if you can keep the pitch the same but speed it up by about five times? Have the whole thing over and done with in about two minutes flat. A service to mankind.

Care to give it a try?

Cheers - C

That sounds like when Will Ferrell shot himself in the neck with the tranquilizer gun.

Challenge:

Turn an Alvin & the Chipmunks song into a Barry White song...
